Camas housing prices -when will it stop?

Random thought, The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Moved here from Dallas about 15 years ago. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Still getting used to community vibe but No regrets on my end..

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if nightlife matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
