OK so Median household income is $140,053, which feels pretty solid for the area. With a population of 26,779, Camas is a smaller city. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Thoughts? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
