Job hunting in Camas -tips?

OK so I've been here for 4 years and Household incomes average around $140,053 in Camas. Homes are going for about $656,100 on average. Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,900/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if community vibe matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
