OK so I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 26,779 people. Average temperature is around 55--F, so expect cold winters. The median home value here is around $656,100, which is pretty steep. Poverty rate is 4.1%, which is pretty low. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
