OK so Born and raised here. Homes are going for about $1,040,500 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Would love some local perspective. Cheers. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Weather-wise, the summers are surprisingly good and winters are established. You get used to it after the first year.
