What to expect moving to Cambridge?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a college student here and Crime rate is something to consider -Cambridge sits at 278.6 per 100K. Rent is about $2,742/month for a decent place. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it exceeded my expectations. Property values have gone up a bit since then.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. weather used to be much competitive but now it's solid.
