So, Just moved here 17 months ago and It's a a small town city with about 10,046 people. Median household income is $37,900, which feels on the lower side for the area. Rent is about $743/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $37,900 in Cambridge. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
