Hey everyone, I'm single, late 30s, and Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. It's a a small town city with about 10,046 people. Homes are going for about $116,000 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Any help is appreciated. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
