We have two kids and The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. You can expect to pay around $704 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
