Best areas to explore in Camden?

Crime rate is something to consider -Camden sits at 1,052.0 per 100K. Median household income is $51,300, which feels on the lower side for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. What neighborhoods would you suggest? The food scene here is surprisingly good. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The community vibe is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
