Curious what people think. Just moved here 12 months ago and With a population of 10,427, Camden is a small town. Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. It's a a small town city with about 10,427 people. The weather takes some getting used to. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Pros:
- Great weather
- Growing food scene
- Strong sense of community
- Walkable downtown

Cons:
- Not very walkable
- High property taxes
- Few job opportunities in some fields
- Poor road conditions
Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
