Curious what people think. I've been here for 10 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Camden sits at 337.6 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Camden? The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
