Job market in Camden for tech?

Born and raised here. With a population of 71,471, Camden is a smaller city. Rent is about $1,157/month for a decent place. Median household income is $40,450, which feels on the lower side for the area. Poverty rate is 25.6%, which is higher than I expected. The unemployment rate is 8.3%, which is concerning. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks for reading. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
