Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Crime rate is something to consider -Camden sits at 337.6 per 100K. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Has anyone dealt with this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
