Should I move to Camden or stay in Seattle?

Hi all, I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Camden sits at 337.6 per 100K. Household incomes average around $40,450 in Camden. Poverty rate is 25.6%, which is higher than I expected. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Hot take but I'm still on the fence after all this time. I know a lot of people disagree but after 15 years here, that's my honest assessment.
