Relocating to Camden, TN -pros and cons?
Curious what people think. Just moved here 3 months ago and Rent is about $820/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $123,600, which is actually reasonable. The unemployment rate is 1.9%, which is pretty low. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Camden?
