Cameron Park job market vs Memphis

OK so Median household income is $37,140, which feels on the lower side for the area. Homes are going for about $75,500 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great.

The food scene here is decent. Tons of great craft beer places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want walkability, then yeah this place is great. But if traffic matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Public transit is better than expected here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
