Day-to-day life in Camilla, GA

Random thought, I work in automotive and It's a a small town city with about 5,158 people. Poverty rate is 42.6%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 66--F, so the weather is moderate. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Would love some local perspective. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

I'm a chef and I've found the quality of life is solid. The community is average and there's always something going on.
