Hey folks, Homes are going for about $472,000 on average. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I wrong here? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
