Moving to Camino Tassajara for work -advice?

Curious what people think. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Anyone in a similar situation?

We moved here with our family and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Schools in South area are tough. Kids love it here.

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Bought a house here in 2021 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone up a bit since then.
