Raising a family in Camp Hill -thoughts?

Been living here since 2010. You can expect to pay around $666 for rent here. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What neighborhoods would you suggest? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The suburbs are where most families end up.
