Best apartments in Camp Hill under ?

So, Crime rate is something to consider -Camp Hill sits at 25.3 per 100K. It's a a small town city with about 8,149 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned?

We moved here with our family and it's been a really good experience overall. Schools in West area are excellent. Kids love it here.
