Poverty rate is 11.9%, which is around average. Crime rate is something to consider -Camp Pendleton Mainside sits at 374.5 per 100K. The weather takes some getting used to. Appreciate any input. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
