Just moved to Camp Pendleton South, any tips?

We're a young couple and It's a a small town city with about 15,011 people. Median household income is $66,265, which feels about average for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here?

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is healthcare. I genuinely enjoy living here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want food scene, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.
