Curious what people think. The unemployment rate is 3.1%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $2,175/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $2,175 for rent here. Homes are going for about $379,500 on average. The weather takes some getting used to. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The weather takes some getting used to. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
