Best areas to explore in Camp Springs?

Hey folks, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and With a population of 22,174, Camp Springs is a small town. Poverty rate is 4.9%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $115,157, which feels pretty solid for the area. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
