What Camp Springs does better than anywhere else

Hey folks, I've been here for 17 years and Crime rate is something to consider -Camp Springs sits at 386.5 per 100K. Average temperature is around 57--F, so the weather is moderate. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Came here for family and stayed because there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The traffic is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Internet is average in most areas.

I work in retail here and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The job market for my field is solid. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
