Pros and cons of Camp Swift after 5 years

Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,065/month for a decent place. Has anyone dealt with this?

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if school system matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Bought a house here in 2023 and I have mixed feelings honestly. Property values have gone about the same since then.

I've lived in Midtown for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's not perfect but it works for me. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by public transit. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Strong job market in several industries
- Close to major attractions
- The school system scene is challenging

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for young professionals. Feel free to reach out with questions..
