Paisley Campbell living

Anyone else love living in Camp Verde?

I'm a remote worker and You can expect to pay around $1,026 for rent here. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value weather, you'll love it. The walkability is genuinely average and I've found it's not perfect but it works for me. My neighborhood (Riverside) is reasonable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Minneapolis, be prepared for the culture shock. housing market is completely different here. And Limited high-paying job options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Hot take but I have mixed feelings honestly. I know a lot of people disagree but after 14 years here, that's my honest assessment.

I've been living here for 5 years and I'd say it's not perfect but it works for me. The housing market is better than expected compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are underrated, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem challenging.

I've been here 3 years and I genuinely enjoy living here. The thing nobody mentions is walkability. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the weather is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the Westside side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

No regrets on my end..
