Alright, I'm originally from Salt Lake City and Poverty rate is 45.3%, which is higher than I expected. Average temperature is around 81--F, so it's warm year-round. The median home value here is around $103,200, which is actually reasonable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
