Curious what people think. With a population of 42,848, Campbell is a smaller city. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.
I'm a software engineer who relocated here from Miami about 14 years ago. The main reasons were weather and my partner's job.
Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Good healthcare facilities
- Diverse dining options
Cons that are real:
- Chain restaurants dominate
- Dating scene is rough
Financially, we've found it excellent compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are pricey, gas is hit or miss.
Socially, I love the pace of life here. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Came here for weather and stayed because it's exactly what I was looking for. The nightlife is honestly better than expected and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
