Is it worth buying in Campbell?
Anyone else feel this way? Born and raised here. Average temperature is around 60--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $1,550,000 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
Pros:
- Friendly people
- Diverse community
- Walkable downtown
- Active local events
Cons:
- Cold winters
- Not very walkable
- High property taxes
- Poor road conditions

The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
