Things that make Cana unique

Longtime lurker here, My partner and I are Rent is about $1,074/month for a decent place. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Am I wrong here? Thanks for reading. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are better than expected, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

I've lived in Downtown for about 12 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's been a really good experience overall. When I first moved here from Houston, I was surprised by traffic. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Close to major attractions
- The food scene scene is solid

The downsides:
- Traffic during rush hour is rough
- Winters are long and cold

Overall I'd rate it 8/10 for families. Feel free to reach out with questions..
