Rent vs buy in Canal Winchester -what makes sense?

Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

I work in hospitality and The unemployment rate is 1.4%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $314,800 on average. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Worth the trade-offs? The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Quick question about Canal Winchester

First post here. I'm a remote worker and Rent is about $1,402/month for a decent place. Average temperature is around 53--F, so expect cold winters. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Thanks! It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The food scene here is surprisingly good....
