Alright, I'm a 49-year-old firefighter and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $479,500, which is pretty steep. Crime rate is something to consider -Canby sits at 178.2 per 100K. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
