I'm a college student here and The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $100,268, which feels pretty solid for the area. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Looking forward to hearing from you all. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
