What Canby does better than anywhere else
Hi all, Just moved here 15 months ago and You can expect to pay around $1,442 for rent here. Poverty rate is 3.3%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $100,268 in Canby. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.

- Not enough green space
I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
