Alright, It's a a small town city with about 5,459 people. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Is this normal for Candlewick Lake? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Moved here from Tampa about 2 years ago. it's improved dramatically in recent years. Still getting used to pet-friendliness but No regrets on my end..

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's improved dramatically in recent years.
