Housing in Caney compared to Tucson

Anyone else feel this way? I'm retired and The median home value here is around $70,600, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation?

Used to live on the Westside side, now on the Cedar Grove side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
