Is Canton a good place to live?

Anyone else feel this way? I'm originally from Chicago and Crime rate is something to consider -Canton sits at 143.2 per 100K. Household incomes average around $81,642 in Canton. The median home value here is around $369,700, which seems about average. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The city has invested a lot in new development. Should I be concerned? Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The weather takes some getting used to. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
