OK so I'm single, late 40s, and It's a a smaller city city with about 70,105 people. The median home value here is around $94,400, which is actually reasonable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
