Grocery stores in Canton -recommendations?

It's a a smaller city city with about 70,105 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. What would you do? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value school system, you'll love it. The weather is genuinely better than expected and I've found I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. My neighborhood (Maple Ridge) is stable and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from San Francisco, be prepared for the culture shock. housing market is completely different here. And Limited entertainment options.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a marketing manager who relocated here from Tampa about 6 years ago. The main reasons were a job opportunity and family.

Pros I've experienced:
- Growing food and restaurant scene
- Active local events and festivals
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Limited public transit options
- Urban sprawl is real

Financially, we've found it challenging compared to where we came from. The market is competitive but not impossible. Groceries are affordable, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, I genuinely enjoy living here. Happy to answer more specific questions..
