Is Canóvanas zona urbana getting better or worse?
Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 5.9%, which is about average. It's a a small town city with about 12,662 people. Rent is about $838/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Worth the trade-offs? The suburbs are where most families end up. The suburbs are where most families end up. The weather takes some getting used to. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
