Been meaning to ask this. I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 5.9%, which is about average. It's a a small town city with about 12,662 people. Rent is about $838/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
