Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2018. Crime rate is something to consider -Canyon Lake sits at 132.1 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $647,300, which is pretty steep. It's a a small town city with about 11,107 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Let me know your thoughts. Cheers. The weather takes some getting used to.
