Worst things about Canyon Lake nobody talks about

Hey everyone, I work in real estate and It's a a smaller city city with about 32,924 people. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Is this normal for Canyon Lake?

Moved here from Salt Lake City about 6 years ago. it's exactly what I was looking for. Still getting used to outdoor recreation but Hope this helps!.
