Capitan is underrated, change my mind

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. Average temperature is around 54--F, so expect cold winters. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid...
