Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and Average temperature is around 58--F, so the weather is moderate. Median household income is $91,938, which feels pretty solid for the area. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Is this normal for Capitol Heights? It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
