Studio apartments in Carl Junction -options?

I'm retired and It's a a small town city with about 8,257 people. Homes are going for about $206,400 on average. The unemployment rate is 1.0%, which is pretty low. The weather takes some getting used to. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Pros:
- Diverse community
- Good healthcare facilities
- Strong sense of community

Cons:
- Traffic can be terrible
- Sprawl everywhere
- Limited cultural events
Should I be concerned? The suburbs are where most families end up. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
