Been meaning to ask this. Crime rate is something to consider -Carlisle sits at 195.0 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. Would love some local perspective. The city has invested a lot in new development. The suburbs are where most families end up. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
