Hi all, I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. Household incomes average around $78,277 in Carlsbad. Rent is about $1,206/month for a decent place. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do? TIA!
